Pricing for Staging Services:

-Vacant or Occupied
-Tiered Quote System: ensures the staging fits the market you are selling in. We stage in all price points from entry level to luxury.
-Time of rental: We start between 30 and 60 days depending on the market you are staging in. We can offer extensions if needed.
-Materials and Paint Recommendations: If you sign an agreement with us, our recommendations for your staged listing are on the house. We started with interior design, so we have a vast knowledge of reasonably priced lighting and hardware as well as tried and true paint recommendations.
-Curtains: Our curtain packages are designed to stay with the home since the rods are anchored into the wall. We price that out per room and it is offered as an add on.
-Photos: We have several excellent photographers and we can MLS photos to your package as requested.
-Consultations: We understand some projects may not need a full stage. We also offer detailed consultations complete with materials recommendations and room by room printed advice. This can be incredibly valuable to realtors and homeowners alike.
*We prefer two weeks notice when possible, it allows us to create a better look. But we own a great deal of inventory so call us either way and we will see what we can do to accommodate you.
