Below are two different condos we furnished for a pair of investors. We worked within their budgets to create a space that makes an extended work stay seem like more of a vacation opportunity. These condos are nestled in a very walkable community and very close to the DART rail. The renters have boundless restaurants and entertainment at a stones throw. Inside, the condos boast all of the luxury and amenities of a fine hotel, with a feeling of home.

Renaissance: Turtle Creek 

This gorgeous little condo is being rented long term on a temporary basis. We incorporated some existing pieces and supplemented with additional pieces to complete the design. When designing for long term rental, we always suggest that the case goods be better quality and the fabrics on the upholtstery wear and clean well. With our vast staging experience, we know exactly what lasts and what does not. I am slightly obsessed with these coffee tables we found for the living room. Check out this fabulous view.
